2026 Paid Mentoring 4.14.2026

Mentoring Rules and Guidelines

The Blue Ridge Mountains Christian Writers Conference is pleased to offer first-time or returning conferees optional one-on-one mentoring.

These planned sessions help writers experience a successful conference with preparation tips and mentoring before the event.

We offer registered conferees an optional opportunity to engage with faculty who have agreed to mentor conferees for one hour at an affordable rate of $70.00. This is paid directly to the faculty member. These trained professionals mentor conferees in the following areas:

  • Counsel and advice conferees on how to prepare for an agent/editor meeting.
  • Guide a conferee in creating a one-sheet, proposal, or synopsis.
  • Some faculty members offer their services to review what the conferee has prepared and offer feedback.
  • Additional areas of mentoring based on the faculty’s expertise.

Conferees can scroll down below to find participating mentors, their topics, and email addresses. Contact the faculty member directly to schedule and arrange payment for your mentoring session.
