Dr. Jayce O’Neal is the pastor of RED Church, a growing multiethnic church community in Virginia Beach dedicated to helping people fully realize redemption through Jesus. He is a bestselling author whose devotional One-Minute Devotions for Boys has sold over 250,000 copies worldwide. His other works include No Girls Allowed: Devotions for Boys, Crazy Circus World, and 100 Answers to 100 Questions Every Graduate Should Know.

Dr. Jayce taught at Regent University for over 15 years, instructing courses in public speaking, leadership, and communication. He has also developed courses for Regent’s master’s programs, demonstrating his ability to teach at an advanced level. He holds a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership, two Master’s degrees (including one in Counseling), and a Bachelor of Science. He has published with Tyndale, Christian Art Gifts, Charisma, and Essence Publishing, and contributed devotionals, articles, and reviews to CBN.com. He has also contributed to three books edited by Yvonne Lehman: Merry Christmas Moments, Broken Moments, and Personal Titanic Moments.

Dr. Jayce is Co-Director of the Gideon Arts & Media Film Festival and Conference. Dr. Jayce helps shape and guide a creative space where faith and the arts intersect to inspire and equip Christian communicators. As an international speaker, he has the opportunity to influence believers, creatives, and ministry leaders around the world.

Dr. Jayce loves to teach and is uniquely equipped to guide writers on their creative journey, drawing from a rich blend of spiritual, psychological, and strategic experience. With his pastoral insight, counseling background, and leadership training, he empowers others to overcome spiritual barriers, clarify their message, manage time well, and move forward with purpose.
